Sub-services of this new service include advertising, shortlisting of candidates, reference checking, screening interviews, screening assessments, competency-based interviews, credit and criminal checking and psychometric assessments for selection purposes.

Successful Selling: All about the client

Whether we like to admit it or not…our clients are our core function. Without the meeting the needs of our client whether internal or external, business can not grow in a sustainable manner. This module further strengthens the theory highlighted in the Generational Management Module, but also assist in enhancing influence by means of most recent and productive selling methodologies. The idea is about understanding what it means to sell, upsell and optimize the engagement opportunity when dealing with clients across industries however also applying it to the industries of participants.

Team Development

Team sessions focused on enhancing team effectiveness are amongst our most popular offerings. This process entails the utilisation of popular personality assessments such as The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), The iEQ9 (Enneagram) and the Fifteen Factor Questionnaire (15FQ +) to plot each team member’s unique contribution. This process facilitates an understanding of oneself within a team, whilst cultivating a greater understanding of team members. This process is facilitated in a fun manner whilst enhancing the synergy within the team. These sessions also play a valuable role during Leadership Team Strategic sessions.

Our latest addition to The David Legacy Offerings is the TDL Talks. Each TDL talk addresses a unique theme regarding a variety of Landscapes that individuals may encounter in both personal and work life. The Talks are designed to be as brief but effective as possible in order to make a big impact instead of overwhelming participants with a large amount of information.
